CONTEXT: A global S/4HANA transformation required business partner and material master to be put on a defined footing - not only designed, but implemented, taken live and then run by the client's own team.
OUR CONTRIBUTION: Master data management strategy for business partner and material master, carried through from design to implementation and a successful go-live; ramp-up and enablement of the client's internal master data team, with the topics handed over to them.
