CONTEXT: large scale S/4 Hana transformation program - contracted with global SI discovered upcoming red flags and potential delays.
OUR CONTRIBUTION: support in contractual review and fine-tuning, review of approach and sparring partner for adjustments, challenger for SI and advisory for "back-to-green" planning
