Strategy, Process Backbone, Business Case and TCO for global Service Management

Evaluation of options for global service management and break-fix as profit center across regions with one consolidated and harmonized tool-landscape

Project duration in years:

1

CLIENT: global provider of High-Tech Healthcare Solutions

CONTEXT: heterogenous and partly outdated process and applicaton landscape hindered developing global service management and profit center. Key question was how to resolve this in a global transformation program, what options to proceed exist and what are potential platform and project costs

OUR CONTRIBUTION: global process definition, key features evaluation, development of architectural options and creation of a decision support document

BUSINESS BENEFIT: stop/go decision based on clear and agreed decision criteria with maximized stakeholder buy in as they were co-designing. Solid basis for solution vendor selection and negotiation based on key requirements, architecture and processes
