CLIENT: Global manufacturer of flooring solutions
CONTEXT: An S/4HANA program used as the opportunity to rebuild master data management: processes defined, data quality criteria set, and cleansing and harmonization executed before, during and after migration - covering 25.000 active customers, 1.500 suppliers and around 6.000 materials.
OUR CONTRIBUTION: definition of state-of-the-art MDM processes as close as possible to SAP standard, design of future state process and guidelines and implementation of respective measures to improve data quality. Setup of organisational rules for data management governance.
