CONTEXT: SAP academy in Walldorf contracts selected external high-end trainers for its standardized SAP CRM and MDG courses, which can also be customized to client-individual requirements. At the same time, every S/4HANA transformation has to answer the master data management question - which makes upskilling of ERP and CRM experts a priority.
OUR CONTRIBUTION: numerous training courses designed, reviewed and delivered in SAP locations across Europe, online and on client site, combining deep ERP master data know-how with CRM processes and the SAP object model from the time these solutions were actively developed.
BUSINESS BENEFIT: clients can properly leverage the window of opportunity to (re-)set up master data management during their S/4HANA implementation - taught by a trainer who pairs deepest technical know-how from a former development role with business and implementation experience.
